Eden Hazard looks to be on his way out of Chelsea in the summer after reports on Spanish radio said the Belgian has "agreed terms" with Real Madrid.

"Should Chelsea's season peter out, it could be the last we see of Hazard in the Premier League".

However, Chelsea will not let Hazard go easily.

It is believed that Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has agreed a huge transfer away from the Blues, amid reports he was recently offered a new bumper deal at Stamford Bridge.

The 27-year-old makes sense as a priority target for Real after they sold Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer, with players like Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio failing to step up in his absence.

Real Madrid prefers the part of the amount to pay the expense of inclusion in the deal of the midfielder of the national team of Croatia MATEO Kovacic, who now plays for Chelsea on loan.

This rumour has been doing the rounds for a number of months now, with the Belgium worldwide edging worryingly closer to the end of his contract at Stamford Bridge.

"I want Eden here, but I want him here if he wants to stay here".

"The club is available to sign a new contract immediately but it's up to him if he wants to renew".

The report claims that Los Blancos have agreed to pay €170m for the Belgian worldwide at the end of the season, whilst Mateo Kovacic will also be included in the deal as he makes his loan deal a permanent one at Stamford Bridge. However, they are likely to offer him a four-year deal if he signs in the coming months.
