Upgrading the camp in Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most important things players can do from a gameplay perspective. The highly anticipated game launches today, more than eight years after its predecessor first wowed us.

The reviewers have praised Rockstar's gorgeous open world, the narrative and characters. Now, the studio is at it again, giving Rockstar major props for the success of Red Dead Redemption 2 in the best way! There's a story there and everything, but one of the most fun aspects of any Red Dead game is, of course, horses.

It seems that Rockstar have learned their lesson from GTA V online, which was something of a disaster, with the company set to take its time with its release of Red Dead Online.

Well, this time it's with a amusing meme for Red Dead Redemption 2. It is about Arthur, too, but as the lens through which you view the gang, his very personal, very messy story supports a larger tale.

It's worth noting that there's no way confirming that the people who talked about playing sick, actually did it, but it's still interesting to know Red Dead Redemption 2 garnered the most chatter about playing hookey in order to have a nice three-day weekend with it. It's a great game. If you want to try before you buy you can use the Unlock All Camp Upgrades Cheat Code that we just discovered.

"This review is now almost 3000 words long, and not almost long enough for one of the greatest and most vexing games I've played in years". Remember for those of you in the United Kingdom the clocks go back on Sunday so make sure you factor that in. We aren't likely to see the game come to Nintendo Switch at any point in the future, as the aesthetic Rockstar seems to be shooting for is nearly certainly a little too intensive for the Switch's hardware. Morgan writes down and illustrates a detailed diary of his events as you play the game, and reading them through the companion app is apparently the only way to do so.
