It's the sort of world-ending threat one imagines Captain Marvel would be perfectly capable of handling on her own, but when Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors drops on September 30, she's going to have more than enough backup to get the job done.

Eventually, one Twitter user made a decision to respond with an eye for an eye, Photoshopping smiles on a number of male Marvel stars on their films' posters.

For those who aren't familiar with the Marvel Comics, Skrulls were an alien race who had the ability to shape-shift and spent a lot of time infiltrating Earth's highest ranks to sure power. On the responsibility front, however, Carol Danvers could maybe use a little more work, unless you think that the height of nobility is punching sweet old ladies in the face.

The teaser for "Captain Marvel", which debuted on "Good Morning America" Tuesday, gave viewers an action-packed look at Brie Larson in the title role.

The film also stars Jude Law (Marv-Vell), Samuel L Jackson (Nick Fury), Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou (Korath), Lee Pace (Ronan), Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan (Minn-Erva), Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, McKenna Grace, Kenneth Mitchell (Joseph Danvers) and is scheduled for a March 2019 release.

The movie is produced by Kevin Feige and directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. Starring Brie Larson as the studio's first female superhero to get a solo film, Captain Marvel will tell the origin story of one of the most powerful characters in the entire MCU.
