Apple will unveil the new iPhones on 12th September.

According to the portal, the iPhone 2018 model would have at least two variants - iPhone XS and iPhone XC.

The iPhone XS will have the same 5.8-inch OLED display, whereas the iPhone XS Max will have a massive 6.5-inch OLED display.

Apple has not launched a cheaper version of its iPhone since 2013's iPhone 5C, which took the guts of the previous generation iPhone 5 and placed them in a coloured plastic body.

Although less likely, Apple may also launch new versions of its iPad Pro range.

If you don't mind owning an even older iPhone there's also some good deals from Amazon on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 6s with both of these devices now costing under £500. As The Verge reports, however, it appears that some early information has been leaked to the internet via popular social media platform Twitter - the information in question indicating that the entry level iPhone will be called the iPhone XC.

Leaker Ben Geskin posted the images, which show the back and sides of the new iPhone in four colors: red, white, dark blue, and pink. This is due to some production issues. While actual U.S. prices might differ, Goldman Sachs has revised its own estimates, saying that the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone, a.k.a. iPhone XC, will actually sell for $849, instead of the expected $699. The iPhone XS Plus with 6.5-inch display will be priced $1225, which roughly translates to Rs 88,000. There are already several leaks about these upcoming Apple devices. This year it is also expected that company might introduce the new iPhones in new colour variants as well.

Apple may announce when its AirPower wireless charging pad will be available. The new larger iPhone X-like phone is expected to be more expensive than the starting price of £999 of 2017's iPhone X, further stretching the expense of top-end smartphones.

An image having the iPhone XC also surfaced online, quite similar to that of the image leaked last week.

There's another page shown in the leaked photos, which consists of all the iPhone models destined to be prominent this year.
