Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip also arrived in style after skipping Monday's christening, a decision explained by one source as a way to conserve energy for the packed week ahead.

According to reports, Harry marked the occasion with an incredibly rare first-edition copy of A.A. Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh - dating back to 1926 - which he bought from Peter Harrington, a rare book store in London.

The 11-week-old will be baptised by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, in the palace's Chapel Royal.

Meanwhile, Prince Louis wore a handmade replica of a christening gown made for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter in 1841.

Prince Louis godparents are Lady Laura Meade, Hannah Carter, Lucy Middleton, Nicholas van Cutsem, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher and Guy Pelley.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, also looked chic (as always), wearing a muted green Ralph Lauren dress with flared sleeves as she walked with Prince Harry.

As far as Louis is concerned, the baby actually wore the same christening gown that his two siblings wore for their baptisms.

Each godparent is a close friend or family member of Louis' parents, Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

And like when Prince George and Princess Charlotte, were christened, the couple celebrated by serving slices of fruitcake saved from their wedding to friends and family who attended the event. She also wore her hair in a low chignon, topped with a white, flowered headpiece.

For Prince Louis' ceremony, Kate opted for Alexander McQueen - the same designer to make her wedding dress and other christening outfits, and has always worn a hat too.

Meghan opted for an olive ensemble for Monday's christening of nephew Prince Louis, her first royal baptism since marrying Prince Harry.

The Duke and Duchess look so happy - do you have a message of congratulations for the young royal family?

The private ceremony is expected to last around 40 minutes, but the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will not be among the attendees.
