The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was recently named by the business magazine as "the youngest-ever self-made billionaire" after her worth shot up to $900m.

According to Forbes, the businesswoman has in less than three years amassed a fortune of 900 million United States dollars (£680 million). "Social media is an fantastic platform", she says in the Forbes cover story. While it is true her cosmetics company, Kylie Cosmetics, is worth multimillions, netizens do not agree that the term "self-made" applies to Jenner. Just btw Kylie influenced the users of snapchat by announcing she was over snapchat [owned by Mark]. "I have such easy access to my fans and my customers. It's really my only passion".

Forbes tweeted the story on Wednesday with the hashtag #SelfMadeWomen, prompting questioned whether "self-made" is an accurate description of Jenner's fortune. "She grew up in a wealthy, famous family".

"During Kylie's pregnancy, she wasn't getting her usual fillers or putting on much makeup", the source says.

However, had a bone to pick with Jenner and the magazine, sharing a not-so-subtle tweet defining what it means to be "self-made".

Although the show's success can be attributed in part to each of the children, it's clear that its existence was predicated on the already-established celebrity of their parents, both of whom have been public figures for decades. Don't let people's words get to you.

The 20-year-old made history as the youngest person on the magazine's list of America's Richest Self Made Women.
