Ever since she Wednesday Prince Harry in May, eagle-eyed fans of the royal family couldn't help but notice one thing about Meghan Markle's outfits: they all seemed to be a similar kind of shade.

Cape Town - The Duke and Duchess stepped out at a reception for the Your Commonwealth Youth Challenge looking chic as ever.

Meghan opted for a blush dress by Prada when attending a Buckingham Palace reception to present awards to winners of the Queen's Young Leaders for 2018 last week.

Meghan chose a vivid mustard dress by Brandon Maxwell, who was formerly Lady Gaga's stylist.

She wore nude and pale coloured outfits to Trooping The Colour, Ascot and her Cheshire engagements with the Queen, however, there could be a good reason for that.

Body Language expert Judi James recently said that Markle has become more comfortable and confident in her role as a royal, starting with her history wedding day when she appeared poised in front of millions.

But of course, we should also expect the unexpected from Markle, who surprised everyone by stepping out in a yellow Brandon Maxwell dress at the "Your Commonwealth" Youth Challenge Reception in London's Marlborough House with Prince Harry. "She looks like herself, young and attractive".

"Meghan and I are incredibly excited to meet so many of you representing the future of the Commonwealth".

For her first royal engagement as the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan's tights were very noticeable beneath her sheer Goat dress.

Meghan and Harry mingled with guests and met with participants from several commonwealth countries, ahead of their first official overseas tour.

A viral Twitter video from Meghan's June visit to Chester seems to show that the Duchess of Sussex has picked up a slight British accent and lilt.

However, there was one other detail about her ensemble that didn't go unnoticed.
