The pricing of the smartphone suggests that it will be competing with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Oppo Realme 1 in the country. At the front, there is an 8MP front camera for selfies. Specifications Talking about the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy On6 comes with a 5.6-inch HD+ Infinity Edge display with the aspect ratio of 18:5:9. The SoC is coupled with 4 GB of RAM.

Samsung has provided 32GB of onboard storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via a micro-SD card. On the back of the Galaxy On6 is a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash and an f/1.9 aperture. The camera app offers Face detection, Best Photo, Animated GIF, Food HDR, Mirror Selfie, Panorama and Sports Mode. This is in addition to a 13-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. What's more, the Android Go website doesn't actually dictate that every single Android Go smartphone has to be running a stock version of Android. The functionality could also compensate for missing fingerprint scanner (if that's the case). The handset is backed by a 3000mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System as connectivity options. We know the tablet will also be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, and Android 8.1 Oreo.

Samsung Galaxy On6 with Infinity Display and a "Chat Over Video" feature has been officially announced by the company. Samsung India is also luring customers by offering a cash-back scheme on the Galaxy On6.

The Galaxy On6 comes with a dedicated microSD card slot along with Dual SIM slots.

At this stage it is unclear when the Galaxy Tab S4 will be released but the August even seems too early, instead opting for an IFA 2018 announcement alongside a new Galaxy Wear watch. The Samsung Galaxy On6 retails at a price of Rs 14,490 and will be exclusively available for purchase via Flipkart starting July 5. It comes in two colors - Blue and Black. Jio subscribers can also take advantage of Double Data offer on the first four recharges of Rs. 198 or higher.
