Pinoy, 4 daughters killed in United States vehicle crash

One survivor of a deadly multi-car crash in Townsend, Delaware on Friday is speaking about the chaotic moments before the impact and also about the trauma of surviving a horrific incident.

Delaware State Police say that the five family members were killed after a pickup truck crossed the median of U.S. Route 1 in Townsend, Delaware, struck a vehicle and then the family's minivan. Friends and family have identified the other three daughters as 17-year-old Danna and 13-year-old twins Allison and Melissa.

Hubbard, and his passenger in the pickup truck, a 30-year-old man from Hurlock, Maryland, were treated at the h‌os‌pi‌ta‌l and were soon later released with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of that vehicle was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials in DE have identified the driver of the truck as a Maryland resident, but no charges have been filed.

TEANECK, New Jersey-This candlelight vigil was organized by Teaneck High School friends of Danna Trinidad, coming together in Votee Park to grieve collectively about the five Trinidad lives lost on a DE highway as a pickup truck crossed the median and slammed into them.
