The Migos rapper was pulled over by police in Georgia when he attempted to make an improper lane change. Given that Offset is a convicted felon - and one who is now on probation - a gun possession charge could spell big trouble for him. He also faces misdemeanor charges for marijuana possession and making an improper lane change. Cephus was arrested following a search of the vehicle when officers said they found multiple handguns, marijuana, and $107,000.

Offset found himself in quite a bit of struggle Friday (July 20) after he was arrested driving just outside of Atlanta during the afternoon hours. Offset (real name: Kiari Kendrell Cephus) and his passenger, bodyguard Senay Gezahgn, were both were arrested.

Offset has had numerous run ins with law enforcement over the past few years.

Initial reports stated that the arrest was a violation of Offset's probation, stemming from 2015 drugs and weapons charges; however, Findling told AJC that his client's probation sentence was terminated early. He spent eight months in jail in 2015, and is now serving five years of probation.

Regardless, other new facts about the arrest and aftermath are coming out, too - namely, that bail for Cardi B's baby daddy has been set at $17,000, as of this morning, so it would appear Offset may have spent the night in jail.
