Meghan Markle & Kate Middleton Step Out Together At Wimbledon

Sitting together in the royal box, Meghan and Kate cheered on Serena Williams as she played Angelique Kerber in the final.

They may be part of the "Fab Four" but Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle made quite the dynamic duo together at Wimbledon.

Williams is a seven-time Wimbledon champion and her 23 major trophies rank second all-time to Margaret Court.

Before the ladies' final, the sisters-in-law met the ball-boys and girls and watched the exciting conclusion of the men's semi-final between Rafa Nadal, of Spain, and Serbian Novak Djokovic, which had over-run from the previous evening. This Saturday, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, a.k.a.

Serena told reporters this week that she and Meghan have "always had a wonderful friendship".


Williams, who gave birth 10 months ago, is the first mother to reach the last round of the tournament since Australian Evonne Goolagong in 1980.

The Duchess of Cambridge preferred the classic Middle England look of a draped silk monochrome dot dress by her friend Jenny Packham.

Meghan went nautical for her appearance, pairing a blue-and-white striped shirt with a pair of wide-leg white pants, both by Ralph Lauren.

"I had a really tough delivery and multiple surgeries and nearly didn't make it, to be honest".

Duchesses Meghan and Kate attended the tennis tournament in London Saturday and both looked perfectly posh for the summer outing.


Photographed entering the stadium, the two ladies appeared to be chatting away happily and giggling with one another.

Williams and her husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, were amongst guests at Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry's May 19 royal wedding.

Kerber ultimately took the title this time, but Williams certainly had the support of her millions-strong fanbase.

Middleton wore her hair in a signature bouncy blowout, while Markle rocked a signature messy bun.

"She's an incredible person, Angelique is, and she's a really good friend, so I'm really happy for her", Williams expressed.
