This process may take some time.

A range of new modes are being worked on by Epic Games for Battle Royale, although one stands out from among the rest. But get those creative ideas ready, our aim is to have this fully available to all players later tonight.

So while there's no concrete date to work off, we do have a reasonable time frame of when to expect an Android version of the most popular game on Earth.

"We'll provide another update once we have more information".

After technical difficulties and a delay, Epic Games has relaunched Playground LTM for Fortnite.

"We have some system performance goals that we believe are required in order to relaunch the Playground LTM", Epic's statement reads. You'll get an hour to practice all your building and tactics before the deadly storm starts shrinking during the final five minutes of the match.

So if you've been holding off from jumping in, now's the flawless time to give Fortnite a try.

"Matchmaker tries its best, but eventually ends up like Lucy at the candy factory". We'll keep an ear to the ground for more, so stay tuned.

"We know we let you down, and we see now that our pre-launch tests just weren't sufficient to properly represent the power of human behaviour and natural networking conditions".

It's an instance of the Fortnite map created to house just four players at a time, giving a squad an hour to get to grips with building fortifications and the different weapons available before the dreaded end-game storm kicks in during the final five minutes. Give a Smasher a whiff of the Stink Bomb, available now in Save the World.
