On Tuesday, acrobatic couple Mary and Tyce of Duo Transcend were performing a death-defying stunt while hanging from a flaming bar suspended over a fiery stage when Mary fell to the floor. Husband and wife duo Tyce and Mary were trying to impress the judges on the trapeze when she slipped through his hands and plummeted to the ground as the audience, including the couple's 2-year-old son, watched in horror.

She tells us about the one injury she suffered from the fall. She was bruised, but wanted to try again right away.

Last night, many held their breath at the end of a unsafe trapeze act on "America's Got Talent".

After completing a great deal of their gravity-defying trapeze act - made all the more unsafe by Tyce's eye condition and the inherent danger of two people climbing all over each other while hanging from a bar - gravity refused to be defied any longer, and after a slip-up, Mary plummeted to the floor. But Mel B yelled, "No!" The judges - including guest panelist Ken Jeong - and audience screamed and hid their faces. "This is not America's Got Perfection, it's America's Got Talent, nobody can do this", he said. Jeong shared. "Nobody can do this". He also pointed out how "incredible" it was that Tyce was able to do the performance even though he is almost blind. "I mean, it's OK". Despite the mishap, judge Simon Cowell was impressed and compared it to a good singer having a bad night. "It doesn't make them not unbelievable, it makes them human".

The judges refused but commended them on their ambition and talent and promptly sent them through to the live shows.

"You nearly got hurt very badly and your first thought was 'Let me do that again!' only on America's Got Talent does that happen", Judge Howie Mandel stated to the couple after their performance.
