Abby Huntsman is a co-host of Fox & Friends, the Fox News TV show seems to be a favourite of US President Donald Trump.

Success for President Trump can be measured in three ways during his historic meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Robert Charles, former assistant secretary of state to President George W. Bush, told FOX Business on Monday.

"Regardless of what happens in that meeting between the two dictators, what we are seeing right now, this is history", she said as footage of Trump exiting Air Force One at Paya Lebar Air Base in Singapore played.

According to CNN, Trump landed in Singapore Sunday morning, ahead of his Tuesday meeting with the North Korean leader.

The two men are expected to share a handshake before they meet alone with a pair of interpreters for roughly 45 minutes while their entourages wait nearby. Huntsman eventually owned up to her gaffe later on, however, stating that her dubbing both Trump and Kim as dictators was just an honest mistake.

"I'll never claim to be a flawless human being", she wrote. He can take that nation, with those great people, and truly make it great.

"Now let's all move on to things that actually matter", Huntsman said in a tweet.

Huntsman's slip of the tongue went unnoticed by Mr Scarramucci, but not by those on Twitter. Some Twitter users described the moment as a "Freudian slip".

Huntsman apologized later on the show, acknowledging her mistake.
