Tony victor Ruthie Ann Miles and her husband, Jonathan Blumenstein, whose four-year-old daughter, Abigail Blumenstein, was killed in a auto crash in March, have lost the unborn baby Miles was carrying during the tragic accident, according to The Daily News. During the accident, Miles was 7 months pregnant, was also hit by the auto.

Ben Rubinowitz said: 'At the time of the crash Ruthie was pregnant and was severely injured. Blumenstein, who was critically injured in the crash, lost her child on Friday. Abigail, Miles' daughter, and Lew's 1-year-old boy, Joshua, were both killed in the crash. Although the injured party got the license plate number and reported the incident to police, they reportedly never followed up.

A pregnant mother's unborn child died from injuries she and the baby sustained months ago when a driver hit the woman and fatally struck two kids on a Park Slope street, her lawyer announced in a statement on Wednesday. Burns alleges that she lost control of vehicle before speeding through a crosswalk.

'The pain suffered by Ruthie and Jonathan is almost impossible to fathom, ' they added. Evidence cited by Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez earlier this month showed that Bruns suffered two other seizures immediately after the crash. "She should never have been allowed to be driving a auto after what we know", commented New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Ruthie won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role in the 2015 revival of The King And I.

"They are overwhelmed by the sadness of the deaths of their children", added Rubinowitz.

The mayhem unfolded after Bruns, then 44, ran through a steady red light, according to information in the indictment.
