West, 40, confirmed the whispers in his trademark off-the-cuff fashion, posting on Twitter, "my album is 7 songs", followed two minutes later by a date: June 1. The second album, out June 8, is a collabwith "Pursuit of Happiness" rapper Kid Cudi. Naming the team-up Kids See Ghost, that record will be bestowed upon Earth one week later. Taylor's tunes will arrive June 22nd, while Pusha T's long-gestating material will arrive on May 25th.

Kanye West returned to Twitter earlier this month, after taking a hiatus to focus on daddy duties and what many fans hoped would be new music.

Kid Cudi was formerly signed to West's label, GOOD Music, and their most famous collaborations include "Welcome to Heartbreak" and "All of the Lights".

The rapper/producer/fashion designer is writing a philosophical treatise in real time, dropping truth bombs and explaining just how his brain flows.

Mr. West, you officially have the floor.

West's last album The Life of Pablo was released in 2016, featuring guest appearances from Rihanna, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean.

West was referring to Cudi's tweets criticizing "the fake ones" and calling out West and Drake.
