It turns out that Wood boasts more than a love of Mean Girls - she was nearly in it.

It looks like being paid the same as her male co-stars isn't something that happens easily in Evan Rachel Wood's career, and it has affected which projects she's taken on. "I was like, 'I have never been paid the same as my male counterparts ..."

"I think what's really interesting about the show is that, especially this season, we're watching humans lose all the power and have to struggle with what that means for them, and we're watching the hosts gain autonomy and get to decide who they are", Woodward revealed.

Wood is set to star in Westworld season two, which will premiere on April 22.

"Tina, if you're here, I'm so sorry we got off on the wrong foot", Wood added.

"Because I'm like, well, you know, you're Anthony Hopkins". Now, though, the conversation is being initiated as she explains there are plenty of stuff behind the scenes in an attempt to make the industry fairer and more equal for everyone involved.

Wood, 30, said she's always fought for parity.

"But this is the first time that somebody made a point of being like, 'Hey you're getting this. And you deserve it.' And that was nice", she told The Wrap. I'm very lucky. It's more about if you're getting paid fairly, or the same, or if you're getting paid less simply because you're a woman, that's not fair.

In an interview with Hollywood Reporter, HBO programming president Casey Bloys spoke up about the impact of the widespread Time's Up movement and the success of female-centric Big Little Lies in renewing their commitment in prioritizing equality.

ERW was on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" last night, and Tina Fey was a fellow guest. However, she received quite a surprise when she was told that in "Westworld" Season 3, she will finally be raking in as much as Ed Harris and Anthony Hopkins, who play the Man in Black and Dr. Robert Ford in the series.
