His team is called X-Force and when the final trailer for the movie dropped on Thursday, it focused on Peter's audition to become the part of that team.

Deadpool 2 arrives in theaters on May 18. Rather than turn him away, Deadpool welcomes him aboard, leading to a moment where Peter is skydiving. The one-sheet shows Peter standing proud, a big smile plastered across his mustachioed face, and features the ideal tagline: "Some heroes are born, some just show up".

There are a few more tongue-in-cheek jabs nestled amongst the Easter Eggs in the final Deadpool 2 trailer, including a little dig at Josh Brolin's role in 80's classic, The Goonies.

You can (and should) follow Peter on Twitter here.

"Husband. Experienced Apiarist (Beekeeper). DM for info", says Peter's bio. Played by: Lewis TanFirst appearance: The New Mutants No. 99, 1991A founding member of the original X-Force, Shatterstar's backstory is impressively "comic book", as he's both a time traveler and an alien who crossed through a dimensional divide to arrive on Earth. Now, after two months of desperate searching, he's at last reached out to another fellow tweeter, showing the world that there's more to him - we think - than an infatuation for saccharine pink cuteness foisted on the world by a behemoth toy company.

Peter also offers us a glimpse into beekeeping lifestyle. That said, if FOX ever felt like doing a tie-in short film for the Deadpool 2 Blu-Ray release - similar to what Marvel Studios has sometimes done with the Marvel One-Shots - Peter seems like the flawless subject. My second biggest takeaway?

It's worth noting that Rob Delaney's real Twitter account is pretty damn amusing on its own, although most of the tweets are probably inappropriate to include in this post. Whether or not he survives the team's mission to take down Cable, however, remains to be seen.
