Speaking with EW, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige discussed some of the big gambles in setting up this universe, and why they chose to go the riskier route. The actor went on to touch on the reasons for the villain's quest for the Infinity Stones, revealing that he's actually driven by an extreme intelligence and a wish to "save" the universe, even if that means laying waste to billions of lives in the process.

Infinity War will also reportedly deal with Thanos's origins and past. You're not going to see an easier time to abandon Fox's X-verse, even with Deadpool's success. The covers include Scarlet Witch and Nebula, a new look Thor (with eye patch), Groot, and Rocket Raccon, Doctor Strange (solo), Hulk (solo), Star-Lord and Okoye, Vision and Shuri, Black Panther (solo), Thanos (solo, with Infinity Gauntlet), Spider-Man (solo), Mantis and Winter Soldier (with new look arm), War Machine and Drax (yay), Iron Man with snazzy new wings (solo), Black Widow (solo), Captain America (solo), and Falcon and Gamora. "That's either genius or horrific, depending on your point of view, and most of our point of views say it's pretty horrific".

"He's different from his family", Brolin said.

We'll get to know Thanos much better when Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on April 27. They're all Titans and they all look similar, but he was born deformed.

But who are these superheroes that will take a stand for humanity one final time? He stuck out. He was an anomaly. "There's this constant contrasting thing about this Neanderthalic lughead who's way more intelligent than anybody else in the movie, by far". "And that lent to this apparent insanity".

Adding to the curiosity, Marvel head Kevin Feige teased the speculated deaths and hinted that there are a few (or more) Avengers who will be leaving the Marvel Cinematic Universe following the two sequels. The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe. The movie, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, is the first of a two-part series. On Friday, Marvel executive producer Louis D'Esposito revealed on Twitter that a second trailer for the massive ensemble film will be coming soon.

The looming threat of a hurled moon might just be enough to get Marvel to spill the beans on its next big film, Avengers: Infinity War.
