"Episode IX" is expected to be the final installment in the current storyline as well as the last chapter in the long-running saga of the Skywalker family.

By now, most of us have heard the wild story of how Michael K. Williams got replaced by Paul Bettany in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

John Williams, arguably the greatest film composer who has ever lived, thinks it's time he said farewell to the Star Wars franchise. With the actor unavailable for the reshoots, Paul Bettany took over the role, with the character then shifting to be fully human.

John Williams is easily the most famous composer in Hollywood.

The 51-year-old said the hardest part of the experience was that audiences won't be able to see his scenes in the Millennium Falcon.

Unfortunately, fans won't be able to see Williams' portrayal of Vos.

The film is slated for release on 25 May 2018.

The latest addition to the Star Wars revival craze is only a few months away. Commenting on its delay, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy told Entertainment Weekly the story was one they were very keen to tell: "There is a lot of innovative technology in and around what it is we're doing with that story, so for a lot of reasons, we were comfortable postponing that". And when he was asked to score The Last Jedi, the first question he had for producer Kathleen Kennedy was whether would Ridley return. "It's developed in the most wonderful way", said the composer.

It looks as if marketing for the Han Solo movie is kicking into high gear! "Very rich. He'd been around the world, older guy, and it was sort of a love triangle between Emilia Clarke's character, Qi'Ra and the young Han Solo", Williams shared on Sirius XM's Jim and Sam Show.
