Should Coach Gentry play or rest Anthony Davis?

He's led the Rockets to a National Basketball Association best 51-13 record and a league-high 17-game winning streak while averaging 30.9 points, 8.9 assists, 5.2 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 0.7 blocks.

"We knew that this would be a real hard stretch", Gentry said.

Buddy Hield scored 20 points, Zach Randolph had 19, Frank Mason III scored 16 and Justin Jackson and Skal Labissiere had 14 each to lead Sacramento, which split the season series against New Orleans as the road team won all four games. "We've got to also play smart".

"I've been taking a lot of extra work to get my confidence back because I was (in) a little struggle in the beginning with my shots", Mirotic said.

The Pelicans record is 11-5 ever since Cousins has been out.

The Jazz band is set to take on Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans - now No. 4 in the West and themselves winners of 10 straight games. Holiday has been playing like an All-Star for an extended period, and Mirotic has been very impressive coming off the bench for Alvin Gentry. Holiday had a career-high 17 assists in a 121-116 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night. Since DeMarcus Cousins went down with a torn Achillies tendon in late January, Davis is averaging 32.6 points a night.

The Pelicans are now 0-4 in their past four games against the Wizards, and have lost 11 of their past 12 games versus Washington. Despite 30 points and seven assists from Bradley Beal, Washington conceded a nine-point half-time lead and were forced to play an extra five minutes of game time.

New Orleans has won its last 10 games and is now the No. 4 seed in the west with a record of 38-26. After hurting his ankle against the Kings, Davis' x-rays came back negative, but he is still listed as questionable for this game.

Outside of the Houston Rockets, there may not be a team in the National Basketball Association as hot as the Utah Jazz. To that end, they could be getting some unexpected help on Friday.
