Griffin had a son and a daughter with Cameron during their eight-year relationship.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Brynn's attorney said her former partner "had no problem trading Brynn Cameron, his former fiancée and mother of his two children, for reality television star Kendall Jenner" while the lawsuit stated "Griffin cared more about the glamour of dating a Hollywood celebrity than the day-to-day responsibilities of being a father and family man".

Reports emerged in August previous year that Kendall was dating the basketballer, after they were spotted at dinner and Kendall was then photographed at many a game cheering on her lad.

While Griffin is continuing to earn millions from his National Basketball Association and endorsement deals, Cameron and their children are homeless and cash-strapped.

"[Cameron] strengthened Griffin's bond with his teammates and allowed the organization to see a different side of his personality rather than the hard-partying man-child Griffin had been prior to their cohabitation", the lawsuit said, according to TMZ Sports.

Cameron paints herself as a supportive girlfriend during her relationship with Griffin, saying she supported him through injuries, counseled him on personal matters and was his cheerleader.

Though neither party has publicly confirmed romance rumors, a new lawsuit suggests that not only are they seeing each other, but Griffin allegedly left his family to be with the model/reality TV star. The duo attended couples therapy, but Griffin "immediately embarked on a high-profile affair with Jenner", Cameron alleges.

When Cameron "stood firm" and refused to sign the prenup as it was, the wedding was postponed with one week's notice, according to the court papers.

The suit claims that Cameron and their two kids are homeless and strapped for cash relying on her brother for money.

Griffin and Cameron were together for about 8 years. Over the summer, Griffin dumped Cameron, a former USC basketball player, to pursue "a glamorous Hollywood relationship" with Jenner, a top global model and co-star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", The Blast reported. She is suing for palimony after Griffin supposedly broke his promise to stay faithful to her.
