Burnout Paradise Remastered will launch on 16th March with EA Access members getting their paws on it a little earlier on 9th March.

Burnout Paradise Remastered, as it's imaginatively titled, includes the original base game and the eight add-on packs released back in 2009. For the amount of content and the overall experience that Burnout Paradise has to offer, $39.99 is a steal especially since the graphics will be upgraded thanks to modern day technology. The PC version has yet to be dated.

Burnout Bikes: Adds 7-10 hours of single-player and countless hours of multiplayer play.

Burnout Paradise Party: Allows for a pass-the-controls group party in-game to complete challenges.

First released for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in 2008, Burnout Paradise was sadly the last entry in Criterion's destructive racing series before moving onto new projects.

Head on over to the official Burnout Paradise Remastered website to read up on all of the fine details and check out some nifty comparison screenshots that show just how the game's improved compared to its original release. Do you think this was the best choice for remastering a Burnout game or should they have selected a different title? In addition to this, there's support for 4K resolution and 60fps gameplay on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.

Burnout Paradise's remaster was listed back in December on a Brazilian site and the Japanese release date and pricing were reported back in January. This pretty much confirms that Burnout Paradise is coming out next month, on the PS4 at least.
