It is finally making its return to the consoles with a multiplatform release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Excited to take on the challenge of Monster Hunter: World?

While playing Monster Hunter: World, we will step into the shoes of the Hunter tasked by the "Research Commission" to hunt down and either kill or capture large monsters that roam outside their central base of Astera for them to study.

"Some data is a day one patch that you can download", Tsujimoto explained.

With Monster Hunter World's official launch date for consoles less than two weeks away, Capcom has been relentlessly promoting the title with a handful of televised advertisements and in-depth gameplay videos. A standalone glacier white PS4 Pro is also coming to GameStop, too, for $399.99.

After quietly allowing Xbox One X to dominate the headlines over the holidays, the PS4 Pro is back. The game's beta went down well with players, and if Famitsu's review is anything to go by, the final game looks set to be a real treat. The last beta will include the previously released Great Jagras, Anjanath, and Barroth quests, as well as a battle against Nergigante.

For the main Monster Hunter game, this is our first PC title and it's something we want to make sure we get right.
