Well, in Italy, it's being reported, through Sky Sports Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, that Real Madrid want to sign Liverpool's Salah in response to Barcelona snapping up Philippe Coutinho for a whopping £142 million.

Liverpool are three points above Spurs in fourth place in the Premier League but City will be favourites to extend their incredible unbeaten run when they visit Merseyside.

Salah has scored 23 goals and assisted another eight strikes in 29 appearances since joining Liverpool.

Salah was joined by Daniel Sturridge, as the striker-who is expected to be sold this month with the player determined to move in search of playing time-also made a return.

Guardiola's men came from behind to beat Bristol City 2-1 in the League Cup semi-finals earlier this week and have won 20 of their 22 league games this term.

Salah has missed Liverpool's last two matches against Burnley and Everton due to a groin injury but the attacker was part of the group that travelled to Dubai on a warm-weather training camp last weekend.

With Salah likely restored alongside Mane and Firmino on Sunday, the Reds could stand a chance of becoming the first side to defeat City in the English top flight this campaign.

But, it appears the club are now keeping an eye on Salah who's f*ucking tearing it up for Liverpool since returning to the Premier League.
