Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their third child on Monday, as their surrogate gave birth to a baby girl, Kardashian shared on her website. "We're so in love".

She also wrote that the baby girl was born at 12:47 a.m. on January 15.

"[We] are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, handsome baby girl", Kardashian wrote, under the heading "she's here!"

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West are officially 3-time parents!

She said, "I have half the people freaking me out saying how hard three is".

Kardashian also suffered from preeclampsia during her pregnancy with 4-year-old North and was forced to deliver almost six weeks early.

Kardashian and Kanye West became engaged on October 21 and got married on May 24, 2014 in Florence, Italy. The beauty mogul previously revealed that her placenta accreta, the potentially life-threatening condition she suffered through during both of her pregnancies, was one of the reasons she opted to use a surrogate for baby No. 3.

The couple are yet to reveal the name. "They may not even have one yet - and might not choose something until they meet the baby!" Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong. "We had a baby shower over the weekend, and I thought, you know, I really do want to have a baby shower because I want [North] to feel that something's coming and for her to really understand it", Kim explained.
