Antonio Brown misses Friday practice with illness ahead of Jaguars-Steelers rematch

The Jags will be hoping to replicate their 30-9 win in October by suffocating the Steelers trio of star receivers and hitting Big Ben often and early. That- that game was so bad he was talking about retirement after that game. The opportunity for redemption has now presented itself.

It's one of the main reasons why he waited until September 4 to sign the franchise tender that made him the highest-paid running back in the league, a decision that briefly alienated the fan base, but one his teammates understood completely.

Another reason to rely on Bell: In that first meeting, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger passed for more than 300 yards, but he was intercepted five times and did not throw a touchdown. He was also sacked twice.

The Jaguars would definitely prefer to force five interceptions and let Fournette carry the ball 28 times for 181 yards. It's now second and 20, but as we saw Monday night the NCAA National Championship game, sometimes there's one more obstacle to overcome before the hero rises.

The Jaguars will face the Steelers at Heinz Field Sunday at 1:05 p.m.

So just what did they do to the Steelers? But Ertz's volume in passes over the middle against an aggressive Atlanta linebacking corps make him a solid play. They're contract gazing. They're looking everywhere but at Jacksonville. "I don't think it is my last".

Specifically, they'll serve Bubba Burgers - a staple at Jaguar home games.

"We're going to play [the Patriots] again", Mitchell told MMQB in a recent interview.

The good news is that Brown actually had a decent day against him in the regular season catching 10 passes for 157 yards. Their six yards per pass attempt allowed?

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (7) looks to pass against the Baltimore Ravens during the first quarter at Heinz Field.

There have been changes to Jacksonville's offense, as well. But that option year is guaranteed only for injury. Although it may seem counterproductive against the Jacksonville defensive line, if the Steelers are able to block properly, holes will open up for Bell to cut through for double-digit gains. Bortles somehow drew a CBS interview after throwing for just 87 yards in a 10-3 wild card win over Buffalo. A lackluster offensive performance was mitigated by Jacksonville again showing up defensively.

More than 100 Jaguars fans stopped by to sign well-wishes and good-luck messages on a giant banner, which will be presented to the team Saturday morning as players load buses at EverBank Field to head up north.

Brown injured his ankle during practice on Wednesday. Bell is the most patient back in the league, combined with the best vision.

But the Steelers' rookie, JuJu Smith-Schuster, was right behind. Both players were limited in practice on Friday and are officially listed as questionable.

Two-time Super Bowl victor Roethlisberger has yet to confirm whether or not he intends to return for the Steelers next season, but hinted this week he was not ready to call time on his career.

This was always part of Le'Veon Bell's business plan, the one that the Pittsburgh Steelers running back put together over the summer when he made a decision to skip training camp while waiting to sign his franchise tag tender. With the way Pittsburgh's offense has been performing as of late, it's conceivable that Roethlisberger can get the redemption he's after. For the season, he registered 31 tackles along with two sacks in 16 games, including 12 starts. This whole year has been a redemption story for the Jaguars. Never one to go into great detail about how he goes about his job, Roethlisberger insists he's focused simply on playing well.
