Swann, who is 26 and a former WWE cruiserweight champion, was arrested Saturday.

As you've probably read by now, WWE Superstar Rich Swann was arrested over the weekend on charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment, following an incident involving his wife.

Matt Morgan presently serves as a City Commissioner of Longwood District 4 and was interviewed by the mainstream media outlet on the unfortunate situation surrounding Rich Swann and Su Yung.

Morgan described Swann as "always really talented and really athletic". Morgan added, "what I would tell that young boy watching at home is that it's not okay".

According to an update provided by PWInsider, Swann has been released from the Alachua County Jail in Gainesville, Florida, but under a couple of conditions. However, upon his release, he did have to sign a statement agreeing to have "no direct or indirect hostile contact" with Riggs. However, if Swann is reported to threaten, argue with, or belittle her, he would violate the release agreement and account for the violation accordingly.

"[Swann] was critiquing [his wife's] performance and began getting angry with her", the Gainesville Police Department said in an arrest document that was released on Twitter.

Swann will appear in court Monday. The report said that Riggs feared the argument would get heated and got out of the vehicle. He said he needed her to go back with him since her phone had the Global Positioning System he was using to drive. Swann denied to police that he touched his wife and that Riggs got back into the auto on her own. He said the reason he went after her was she had the Global Positioning System directions on her phone and he wanted to get home.

Rich Swann's entrance video in the WWE. If he is charged, he will be terminated immediately.
