In a September 2016 television appearance on "Dr. Oz", Trump said he does not work out but considers his speeches to be exercise.

The Dec. 8 Twitter montage concludes with an image of Trump's speech on Dec. 6 announcing official USA recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital and his decision to begin the process of moving the US embassy there.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday at a digital diplomacy conference on Thursday that Trump "has inscribed himself in the annals of our capital for all time".

Trump was standing by his wife, Melania. The descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob have endured unthinkable persecution and oppression.

According to the report, he also said that Trump's decision does not "indicate any final status for Jerusalem", adding that the "final status would be left to the parties to negotiate and decide". Beside them was his daughter Ivanka and her husband, senior adviser Jared Kushner, and the president's grandchildren, whom he noted are Jewish.

Trump introduced Rabbi Meir Yaakov Soloveichik of Congregation Shearith Israel, America's first Jewish congregation, and presented the first of two special menorahs to be lit at the celebration.

He was also accompanied on stage by Louise Lawrence-Israel, a Holocaust survivor originally from the Netherlands, who shared the story of childhood under Nazi Germany's rule, saying that "people let this happen".

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, who is Jewish, was at the reception wearing a kippah. Breyer was appointed to the high court by former president Bill Clinton.

Hanukkah is a Jewish festival commemorating the rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. "There's nothing to it", White House spokesman Raj Shah.

President Donald Trump will undergo a physical exam next year and he will make the results public as presidents have done in the past.
