The upcoming phone from Sony with the model number H8216 has been leaked by a Reddit user.

Sony seems to be all set to launch their next flagship for 2018, although, one may not take it as a good start since their smartphone lineup has already been leaked. Now we have the first alleged render of the phone that might arrive as the Xperia XZ2 or the Xperia XZ1 Premium.

The hardware inside the Xperia XZ2 is also rumoured to be top notch with it powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Some specifications for the handset have been leaked. Hence being called the Sony Xperia XZ2 or Xperia XZ1S, the smartphone has been tipped to come with a minimal bezel design which is quite similar in design with the majority of flagship smartphones released this year. The handset is rumoured to feature a 5.48-inch Full HD display which is a bit larger than the 5.2-inch of the Xperia XZ1. The display is apparently a 5.48 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) LCD - all this in a body that is just 128 x 73.4 x 7.4 mm in size and weighs 156 grams.

As far as cameras are concerned, the device will sport a dual-camera setup at the rear with two 12-Megapixel sensors and to the front is a 15-Megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The leaked doc also shows IP68 certification for the flagships which is also not surprising as we've seen past Sony flagship models with it as well.

It will run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The phone will feature a 3,130mAh battery with fast charging and Qnovo Adaptive Charging support.

It is, however, worth mentioning here that the details presented here were aggregations of the believable leaks that we could found through different sources and nothing is certain before Sony launches this smartphone.
