In the lawsuit, Wendy Haskell, who was hired by Moon's Sports 1 Marketing firm in July, alleges that he demanded her to a "variety of unnerving sexual and perverse arrangements, including sleeping in the same bed with him on all business trips and providing him unfettered access to the bathroom every time she showered".

While Haskell, 32, declined to comment on the pending lawsuit, her attorney, Diana Fitzgerald, said Haskell never went to the police with her accusations against Moon because she "was scared" and seeking to "further her career in the sports marketing industry". When he retired in 2000, he held the record for most passing yards in history, NFL and CFL combined, and is one of the few men in both leagues' Hall of Fame.

"The lawsuit also alleges that Moon, 61, committed sexual battery by grabbing the woman's crotch during a trip to Seattle this year". The woman claimed she traveled with him for speaking engagements, charity events and personal appearances, according to the lawsuit.

Moon is the president of Sports 1 Marketing, a company the he co-founded in 2010.

Moon spent three seasons with the Vikings from 1994 to 1996 after Minnesota acquired the quarterback in a trade with the Houston Oilers.

His Edmonton Eskimos won consecutive five Grey Cups and though his USA teams never won a title, he was named to nine Pro Bowls and set several single-season passing records in a less pass-happy era than now.

Hall of Famer and Seattle Seahawks radio analyst, Warren Moon, has requested a leave of absence from the broadcast team. The former case was settled out of court while Moon was acquitted in the latter.

First, a Vikings cheerleader accused Moon of sexual harassment while he played for the team in 1995. The couple divorced in 2001. The Washington Post does not ordinarily name alleged victims of sexual assault, but Fitzgerald said her client had agreed to go public.

Additionally, Haskell alleges Moon once ripped her clothes off despite her objections.

"Whenever Ms. Haskell expressed reservations about these outrageous "job duties", Moon insisted this was "just the way it is", and threatened Ms. Haskell that unless she was "comfortable" with him, he'd "find someone else who was".
