The 70-year-old former National Football League player is no stranger to trouble inside Las Vegas hotels. Simpson claimed he had gone to the Las Vegas hotel to reclaim his property. What better way to celebrate a release from prison after 9 years than parading around Vegas?

O.J. Simpson was reportedly kicked out of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas late Wednesday night for allegedly being exceedingly drunk and unruly, TMZ reports.

Hotel security ultimately showed up and removed him from the premises.

The hotel did not say why it issued the trespass notice to the 70-year-old Simpson, who had indicated that he wanted to live in Las Vegas after leaving prison. Hotel staff tells around midnight last night, Simpson was drunk and became disruptive at the Clique bar. According to the witness account, others in Simpson's party drank wine, but Simpson himself abstained. We're told Simpson was angry at hotel staff and glasses broke at the bar.

Simpson's lawyer denies his client did any wrongdoing.

Simpson's camp has not released a statement related to the most recent alleged disturbance as of the latest reports available.

His parole allows him to drink alcohol but "not to excess". KTNV reported that Simpson is "taking steps to make sure that his probation officer is clear about what happened".
