The soiree, which raises funds for New Yorks Metropolitan Museum of Arts Costume Institute, will be held on May 7. Last year, the hosts were Katy Perry, Pharrell, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady.

Vogue reports that the "Work" superstar will host the fashion extravaganza along with lawyer-activist Amal Clooney and Versace Group vice-president Donatella Versace. In the years before that, celebs from all across the entertainment and fashion spectrum, including Taylor Swift, Marc Jacobs, and Jennifer Lawrence, have joined Wintour in cohosting the glamorous event. Expect looks rich in ornaments, embroidery and gold, no doubt finished with plenty of gemstones and jewelry. Officially titled "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination", this exhibition is inspired by the ornate decoration and design of the Catholic Church's traditional vestments and accessories, according to a press release by The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Versace has attended a total of 16 Met Galas, Clooney has attended one in 2015 when she stunned the crowd in a John Galliano gown and Rihanna has been an attendee along with a performer for the event.

Next year's annual Met Gala is going to be epic and we're judging that exclusively from hearing that three extremely inspiring women will be hosting.

Rihanna arrives at The Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute benefit gala celebrating "Charles James: Beyond Fashion" on Monday, May 5, 2014, in NY.

The exhibition, which will run May 10 through October 8, is a collaboration between the Costume Institute and the Department of Medieval Art and The Cloisters.
