The University of Arkansas Quarterback was arrested in Washington County for DWI, according to the Washington County Sheriff's office. Bielema said he sent Kelley in because the offense was looking for a "spark" in hopes of rallying from what was a 26-10 deficit.

Though senior QB Austin Allen made his return from a shoulder injury on Saturday, Kelley was still a big part of the Hogs' game plan in Saturday's loss. Storey played three times previous year, in games against Texas State, Alcorn State and Auburn, completing one of four passes for three yards. After pulling over the truck, the officer observed the driver had "red and watery" eyes.

"I was informed early this morning of an incident involving Cole Kelley". He declined to perform a breath test at the scene of the arrest. Kelley completed 3-of-10 passes for 36 yards with one interception in relief of Allen on Saturday.

The Razorbacks' depth chart released Monday morning lists Kelley and sophomore Ty Storey as co-backups. He completed 19 of 30 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns in that game, and was named SEC Freshman of the Week for his effort.

The Razorbacks must win their two remaining games against Mississippi State and Missouri to secure the six victories needed for automatic bowl eligibility.
