Before attending the world premiere of Warner Bros.' Justice League, star Ben Affleck went on Jimmy Kimmel Live to debut another superhero property: "The Terrific Ten". And it helps that the rest of the stars, Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Cousin Sal, Shaq, Ty Burrell, Billy Crudup, and Jake Tapper, give their all in their hammy over-the-top performances. The actor was there to promote his film "Justice League" (opening Friday), but that also provided the ideal segue for Affleck to "surprise" the birthday boy with a gift.

The filmmaker delivered a almost seven-minute trailer for a "The Terrific Ten", a superhero flick based on a comic book that Kimmel penned when he was about 10 years old.

When appearing on a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, the current actor having the privilege of playing Batman somehow got on the topic of what life was like for him and his longtime friend/colleague Matt Damon much earlier in their careers.

Other characters include Super Duck (whose catchphrase is "Release the Quacken"), Laser Lass, Muscle Man, and a box of bleach with a head inside. Matt Damon and Wanda Sykes play the villains in the trailer. The actor has big plans for his holiday celebration next week, and they involve some special people in his life-including his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

"We all suck", laments Damon's Mr Bolt towards the end of the trailer, before laying into Kimmel. We go down there, and when we get into the room they tell us, 'We didn't want anyone to know about this and you need to keep it secret, but this is actually an audition for... "We were created by a weird, sad kid who grew to later become a weird, fat man. F-- Kimmel".
