However, he was invited on Wednesday by the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Ikoyi, Lagos, where he was questioned by senior officers. Two other associates of the singer, DJ Olu, 25, and Chime Amaechi, were found lifeless in the former's BMW auto parked in the underground garage of Block B, Banana Island, Lagos on Saturday, three days after Tagbo's death.

Reports added that the bartender of the club Davido's team and Tagbo hung out confirmed that the deceased had "40 shots of tequila", and that he "exhibited signs of drunkenness".

The cause of their sudden deaths is, however, yet to be confirmed.

Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, confirmed that the musician was being quizzed following the revelation by the CCTV footage that he and his friends dumped him in the auto and ran away. Their bodies were discovered on October 7 in a BMW parked in a private residence in the ultra-chic Lagos area Banana Island.
