Official Says North Korean Hackers Stole US-South Korea War Plans

This information comes to light as the North Korean threat continues to grow alongside President Donald Trump's perceived threats of military action.

Some joint military plans have been rewritten recently in response to tensions with North Korea, according to The New York Times.

The U.S. bombers had taken off from the Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

The Corporate Association of Kaesong Industrial Complex that represents the 123 South Korean manufacturing companies that operated factories in the North Korean facility said Thursday it wants to send a delegation to inspect their property.


A visit to the DMZ would fit Mr Trump's appetite for high theatrics, said researcher Bong Youngshik at Yonsei University's Institute for North Korean Studies in Seoul.

Trump was briefed by Secretary of Defense James Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford at a national security team meeting, the statement said.

The B-1Bs also conducted exercises with Japan's Air Force in what the United States statement called a "sequenced bilateral mission".
