CS:GO Professional adreN Discovers a Crazy Boost on New Dust2

In the early months of 2017, Valve adjusted the map balance to their popular and competitive first person shooter, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The prolonged absence of one of the most iconic maps made players speculate that similar to Nuke and Inferno, Dust 2 may be revamped before making a comeback.

The new update aimed to retain the same tactical map that was so loved by the community but gives it a much-needed facelift. New screenshots show the major visual changes featured in the new version.

The B bomb site has been changed to move the busted vehicle further away, "allowing a more free player flow around it", Valve said. Bombsite A will have the doors along the back wall removed completely, while the broken-down cars have been reduced to a single pile of wreckage.

All of these memories are about to become subtly altered though, as Valve has announced that a new and improved version of the map is going to be included in the next CS:GO Beta release. With this boost now discovered, we will have to wait and see if Valve decides it is too powerful and removes it, or whether or not adreN has found a future game-changing new angle. When it arrives, expect it to return to heavy rotation as soon as pro players have gotten their heads around the changes Valve have brought into play.
