The iconic blue WagonR auto belonging to chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, which was parked near gate 3 of Delhi Secretariat, went missing on Thursday afternoon. Kejriwal had also used it while campaigning during the 2013 elections.

At present, the mid-2000s Maruti WagonR was being used by the Aam Aadmi Party's media coordinator Vandana Singh.

Kejriwal was not now using the auto, after having it given it up in 2014.

"India Today reported that "(Vandana) Singh lodged a police complaint at the IP Estate police station saying that the vehicle was stolen".

The auto was being used by Vandana Singh, the Aam Aadmi Party's in-charge of youth wing and the party's media coordinator, and was often seen parked at the party office at Central Delhi's Deen Dayal Upadhya Marg. FIR has been registered.

A police complaint has been lodged.

The Wagon R, gifted by an AAP supporter living overseas, was dubbed the "AAP Mobile". The stolen auto was bearing the vehicle number DL-9CG-9769 and blue in colour.

Emphasizing on the security issues, AAP's spokesperson said: "Delhi Police has completely failed in providing safety to public".
