Star Trek: Discovery Premiere, Where Can You Watch?

"Star Trek: Discovery" blasts off this weekend, and in celebration, so has a real-life USS Discovery. Jones is accustomed to wearing lots of makeup and unusual costumes for his roles including The Strain (The Ancient), Falling Skies (Cochise), The Neighbors (Dominique Wilkins), among others.

Ahead of the series premiere tonight, CBS has shared the delicate, atmospheric opening credits for Star Trek: Discovery.

"What's that?" asked Dougie, "it's your birthday?!"

The first episode will be airing on CBS following the football game today and then all subsequent episodes will be streamed exclusively on the CBS All Access app.

Subsequent episodes will be available at 8:30PM ET / 5:30PM PT starting Sunday, October 1st.

The next installment in the Star Trek franchise is coming to a television near you on Sunday, September 24. If you don't have CBS All Access already, you can watch "Star Trek: Discovery" with a free, one-week trial.

In Canada, Star Trek: Discovery will air on Bell Media's linear Space channel and over the internet on CraveTV.

It's a bit of a double-edged sword for those on the fence with Star Trek: Discovery. With new episodes airing weekly Sundays at 9:00PM. Regardless, we hope that Discovery can be a successful re-introduction for the traditional Star Trek series that has been so sorely missed for the last decade.

Hopefully at least some of these mysteries will be solved when the first two episodes drop on Netflix next Monday - as if we needed more reasons to be excited. For non-English speaking countries the first episode of After Trek will be available Tuesday Morning at the same time.
