Also, the company is busy in testing the Android 8.0 Oreo update on its existing affordable flagship - the Nokia 8 along with the other smartphones and in releasing the Nokia 8 in the global markets.

Earlier in August, the smartphone maker launched its Nokia 8 with unique and productive features for Live video streaming.

This, recall, is frameless candybar-style LG V30 and Samsung Note 8, and the Novo modification Nokia 8, the frame of her screen, and the selection of body colors, on the contrary, is missing. It should be an IP68 dust and water resistant certified device. The device looks promising with tiny top and bottom chin. However, this was to be expected when considering that it will offer 6GB of RAM which brings Nokia 8's octa-core Snapdragon (64-bit) processor to the next level. Initially, the Nokia 8 was launched with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, but the new FCC listing with model numbers TA-1004 and TA-1012 suggest that it will come in a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version as well. The phone runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

Nokia is all set to reveal its trump card, the Nokia 9 with nearly Bezel-less display, dual camera, and other 2017 flagship features. Both cameras work in tandem to improve the overall picture clarity. The phone comes dual rear cameras with Zeiss Optics, Splashproof (IP54), OZO 360-degree Audio, and includes USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. The fingerprint sensor which once situated on the home button will now be located at the back of the device just below the cameras.

HMD also confirmed that the new variant will hit Europe next month on 20 October.
