Koei Tecmo Entertainment has announced at the 2017 Tokyo Game Show (TGS) bringing its second "Attack on Titan" game to the Nintendo Switch. So, will there be an "Attack on Titan 2" game? For players in the West, there will naturally be a good chance for the game to arrive on Switch as the "Attack on Titan 2" game has already been confirmed to come stateside.

Today Koei Tecmo announced with a press release the specific platforms on which the upcoming Attack on Titan sequel - aptly titled Attack on Titan 2 - will be released in the west.

Attack on Titan 2 (teaser site) is now slated for an early 2018 launch in Japan.

The second installment of the game also features an improved omni-directional mobility gear gameplay that allows for better targeting precision as well as freedom of movement to fight the titans.

There's not a ton of games based on movies or anime that turn out great, but Attack on Titan is one of the few exceptions.

· Titan movements have evolved, making battles more exhilarating.

Attack on Titan 2 offers more in-depth character interaction as well. It captures the precise feelings I get watching the anime without sacrificing anything for the interactive or visual experience, from the terror of the Titans to the rush of zipping through the air inches away from certain death.
