Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 8 officially in Newyork. The Galaxy Note 8 will be the successor to last year's Galaxy Note 7 and there will be no battery issues as seen on its predecessor. Talking about the battery, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 comes with a 3,300mAh battery, which is lesser than Note 7's 3,500mAh battery. The new Samsung Note device sports a glass and metal body and there's curved glass design on front and rear. Expect impressive camera performance just like the Galaxy S8 with enhancements thanks to the secondary lens. The corners of the device are not so rounded as we get in S8, well, it has to maintain the legacy of Note devices.

With security (especially of your smartphone) at the top of your priorities, the Galaxy Note 8 seems to be on the cusp of current and newer security features.

It additionally comes with Mobile HDR Premium playback. It's 6.3 inches large, to be exact and boasts the company's QuadHD Super AMOLED resolution.

The Note 8 is notable (sorry) for another reason, though.

For more advanced photo-taking, both rear cameras in dual capture mode, take two pictures simultaneously and allow you to save both images; one close-up shot from the telephoto lens and one wide-angle shot that shows the entire background.

The 12-megapixel primary camera also comes with a wide angle lens, a feature absent on other dual camera phones like the iPhone 7 Plus and the OnePlus 5. That's still better than the Galaxy S8 line, which is stuck on Android 7.0. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octa-Core processor with Adreno 540 GPU coupled with 6GB of RAM and different storage options starting at 64GB and goes up to 256GB. The upcoming smartphone is rumored to resemble Samsung Galaxy S8 in plenty of ways. "Your passion is of the greatest value to us", he said.

The in-house virtual assistance, Bixby is available on all the three smartphones, but it is not yet flawless stay perform on par with Google Assistant or Apple's Siri.

And of course, Note 8 continues to differentiate itself from its Samsung smartphone siblings by offering an S Pen stylus. In the U.S., if you owned a Galaxy Note7, you'll be able to get a discount on the new Note8.
