Temperatures warm on Sunday, with rain and thunderstorms sweeping the area Sunday night and Monday. Highs Sunday with variable clouds and sun should warm into the low to mid 80s with plenty of humidity!

Monday will be a high of 79 with sunny skies to kick off the week. There may be a few more clouds on Tuesday than there will be on Monday.

High 79F. Winds N at 10 to 15 miles per hour. Another round of pop-up showers and thunderstorms, especially in western and northern New Hampshire, is expected during the afternoon.

Wed: High: 91 Low: 74 AM showers, then partly cloudy, a few overnight storms. With a south wind in place, highs will climb up into the mid 80s.

Monsoon moisture is bringing rain into to some southwest valleys and the San Juan mountains Friday morning.

"Saturday's chance of rain is highest near USA 278 and lowest in Southern Tennessee; these storms may be heavy enough to deliver 1-2" of rainfall in a few spots, but that kind of rain looks sparse. The continuing onshore flow will get showers and storms started along the coast early.
