Woman Found Dead In Shower Of Melb Serviced Apartment After Buck's Party

Victoria Police have released four men last night following the discovery of a body in a Melbourne serviced apartment.

She was dressed in blue denim shorts, a long sleeve black top and white trainers.

A woman has been found dead at a stag party in Melbourne, but two of the partygoers say they have been "stitched up".

It's believed she returned to the Oaks on Market hotel with 11 partygoers the night before.

Police will not say how many people were in the apartment at the time of her death. Police tested the body for illicit drugs but toxicology results could take weeks.

Police refused to comment further until the woman was identified.

Some of the men were seen downstairs at the club between 2.30am and 3am.

The men were part of a group from Sydney and the ACT who were in the city celebrating a Bucks weekend.

The Homicide Squad is investigating the death, with the deceased woman yet to be formally identified.

Two of the men attending the buck's party told Fairfax Media on Sunday they initially thought they were being "stitched up".
