"It starts right as the first one finishes, so it just carries on", Lasseter said. Plus, it will include most of the main cast from the first film.

Despite Jack-Jack having demonstrated his powers at the end of the first movie, the family is still patently unaware of the potential of the youngest member of the Parr family.

A mockumentary clip was also shown regarding fan favorite, stylist Edna Mode.

Cue the shenanigans: first Jack-Jack uses a mysterious power to transport himself through the back door. Certain ideas fit, but other things make you go, 'This is great, but I'd have to give up two other things that matter more to me to get this other thing in.' So there were a pile of ideas left over from 'The Incredibles, ' but it's not a big thing. There are going to be new heroes with a variety of powers and Elastigirl is going to be at the forefront while Bob stays at home with the kids. We found out the sequel will take place right after the original film - and a full, brand-new scene was shown, featuring baby Jack-Jack.

Per Deadline, John Lasseter, chief creative officer of Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and DisneyToon Studios, announced that he will no longer be directing Toy Story 4, the latest installment in the film series he originally helmed. The pair also screened a behind-the-scenes look at a day in the director's life at the Northern California studio.

Unkrich, Anderson and co-director and writer Adrian Molina were on hand to preview the clip. It is a world with no humans- only elves, trolls and sprites- but still like our own in many ways. Like, did they bring him in and say, "Okay, now say, 'we survived but we're dead".

Other than maybe Marvel, no one comes almost as close to Pixar in terms of hiding #EasterEggs scattered throughout their films. It helps the story because we will get to see the Parrs fight evil in sync as both a family, as well as a team. However, the highlight was a performance by Benjamin Bratt of a song called "Remember Me" written by Frozen's Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Are you excited for The Incredibles 2?
