Panasonic P55 Max is a budget-friendly phone with 5000 mAh battery

Featuring a classy textured finish, the new Panasonic P55 Max comes with a 5.5 Inch HD IPS Display for great readability and wider viewing angles. The device will be powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 processor. The internal storage capacity is 16GB and the same can be expanded further up to 128GB using a microSD card.

The Panasonic P55 Max features a 13 megapixel rear camera for photos and videos and a front facing 5 megapixel camera for Selfies and video chat, it also has a 5000 mAh battery. This phone has metal body and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS. "We believe, P55 Max will be the quintessential solution-provider for individuals in the value-based smartphone segment", Pankaj Rana, Business Head - Mobility Division, Panasonic India said in a press statement. It packs a 5,000 mAh battery.


Another highlight of the device is that it comes with a 13MP rear camera with Quad LED flash, a rarity in the price range.

Japanese electronics major Panasonic Corporation has added one more handset to its expanding line up of Android smartphones in India. The device supports 4G VoLTE compatible which lets its users use Jio services also. It is available in two colours including black and gold. It includes basic smartphone connectivity features like micro USB 2.0 port, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi tether and Bluetooth v4.1. It is available via online retailer Flipkart. The long lasting 5000mAh battery further ensures the seamless functioning without interruptions. Panasonic P55 Max is priced at Rs 8,499 and the company claims this is a lightweight smartphone, which weighs only 180 gms.


After launching the Eluga I3 Mega smartphone in India in May, the Japanese smartphone maker Panasonic on Monday launched a new budget-oriented smartphone, called the "Panasonic P55 Max" in the Indian tech market.
