Disney Reveals Star Wars-Themed Resort Hotel

In addition to their new "Star Wars" garb, guests will also part of a narrative taking place at the "starship"-themed hotel, and they'll be able to interact with hotel employees dressed as droids and aliens, reports The Verge. It is 100% immersive, and the story will touch every single minute of your day, and it will culminate in a unique journey for every person who visits".

The video shows the massive scale model revealed at Disney's D23 fan event, since the actual parks inside of California's Disneyland and Florida's Walt Disney World won't open until 2019.


Other Star Wars news out of Saturday's D23 sessions include a behind-the-scenes look at "The Last Jedi", available on YouTube, and the official name for the upcoming Star Wars-based attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World: "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge". The resort will allow guests to completely immerse in the Star Wars story during their stay. Disney recently came up with trailers upon trailers of all the new experiences they are going to bring to you.

This weekend's D23 expo featured a lot of exciting Star Wars news for Jedi to get excited about.

Or, as Bryan Bishop of The Verge describes it, "Disney wants to build a 'Westworld' for 'Star Wars' fans". Starring in the film are Daisy Ridley, Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie, Domhnall Gleeson, Laura Dern, Benicio Del Toro, Lupita Nyong'o, Warwick Davies, Peter Mayhew, Billie Lourd, Anthony Daniels and the late Carrie Fisher.


"Perform with skill and you may earn extra galactic credits, while bringing the ship back banged up could put you on the list of a bounty hunter", the site reports.
