If you've bought the Deluxe, Ultimate, or Fighter pack, Red Hood will be playable on Tuesday, June 13th.

Injustice 2 looks set to reveal plenty of Red Hood DLC content later this evening with director Ed Boon promising a release date and gameplay footage for the character to "demonstrate his game play". You'll have to wait about a week to purchase the character on his own, though, according to Destructoid.

All things considered, the addition of Red Hood to Injustice 2 will definitely please plenty within the fighting game's fan base, as he has been a much-requested figure for the longest time.

Perhaps most importantly to players heading to CEO at the end of the month: Red Hood, and any other DLC character, won't be available for selection until 30 days after their release.

"Perhaps tomorrow while we discuss Red Hood, the Watchtower crew will shed some new light on our other DLC characters as well?" The throw, in particular, can be meter burned. If you do it far enough away Red Hood will take two shots, but if Red Hood is close enough and can touch the opponent he will do a special attack. If you meter burn, it gives the pop up to chain into insane combos.

His trait are his Taser Guns: a different stance that utilzes the butt of Red Hood's guns to do alternate strings that can end in one of a few ways. The version of Red Hood in the game is notably Jason Todd.

"We know we still have at least six more whose identities remain hidden, so there's plenty of room for surprises".
