"The girls should be good looking and homely so that they look after family matters inside and outside the home", she told a section of the media yesterday on the sidelines of the celebrations of her husband and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad's 70th birthday.

Netizens comment that Rabri Devi is still stuck in the 1970s and hasn't evolved yet.

Bihar's Ex-chief minister and Lalu Yadav's wife Rabri Devi is looking for "desi girls" for her two sons - Tej Pratap and Tejashwi Prasad Yadav.

Though Rabri was a rubber stamp Chief Minister, initially, following her husband's arrest, she had gradually gained confidence over the three stints she had as the Chief Minister of Bihar.

'The girl should not go to cinema halls and shopping malls. Ghar chalaane wali, bade buzurg ka aadar karne wali, jaise ki hum hain, waisi ladki chahiye. Both Tej and Tejashwi are, of course, both full-grown adults, business owners and high-ranking ministers in the Bihar government.

While Rabri strongly detest malls, her family is alleged to be involved in a "soil to mall" scam.

Modi should first respond to the RJD's allegations levelled against his brothers who had made benami assets running in hundreds of crores, Tiwary said while demanding that Sushil Modi should first produce his brothers before the people.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Union Minister Giriraj Singh also greeted Lalu Prasad on his birthday. Lalu thanked Nitish for his wishes.

Modi further eloborated the graft charges against Lalu Prasad and said that, "Lallan Chowdhary had gifted 1100 sq ft land worth Rs 30.8 lakh to Rabri Devi on January 25, 2014".
